Quiroz® is a luxury streetwear brand designed in Los Angeles and inspired by the historic art of European fashion. Crafting streetwear masterpieces using high-premium fabrics sourced for perfection. Each product is cut, sewn from scratch, and meticulously hand-stitched, epitomizing their commitment to quality and authenticity.

How do I find the correct size for Quiroz® products?

Most products are true to size. Quiroz® provides a detailed size chart on our website. Measure yourself according to our guidelines, considering chest, waist, hips, and inseam measurements. Size charts are located on the product page right under product title. Our size charts can recommend you based off your measurements what size is most suitable for you. If you’re unsure, reach out to our customer support for personalized assistance. 


What payment methods does Quiroz® accept?

Quiroz® accepts various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment options. Choose the one that suits you best during checkout.

Is there free shipping?

Yes! Quiroz® offers free worldwide shipping for orders over $100.


Does Quiroz® ship internationally?

Yes! Quiroz® provides worldwide shipping. Shipping costs vary based on your location, and orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.

 

Are duties and taxes included on my order?

EUROPEAN UNION

We cover all duties & taxes on EU orders. Please note that some countries may require you to provide additional customs information to our carriers in order to receive your order.

 

USA & CANADA

We cover all duties & taxes on US and Canadian orders. Please note that carriers may require you to provide additional customs information in order to receive your order.

 

UNITED KINGDOM

Duties and taxes do not apply.

 

OTHER INTERNATIONAL

For orders outside of the territories listed above - duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. Some countries may require you to provide additional customs information to our carriers in order to receive your order.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package on the Quiroz® website.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on your location. 

Each piece made to order, in order to avoid overproduction and maintain an ecological approach throughout the process.

Orders ship out the next business day then it takes 3 to 7 business days for delivery (may take a little longer depending on location)

Every product we sell is carefully hand crafted & stitched to perfection. We use no automatic machines or robots. Every process is manually done (like reputable designer brands) You paid for a white glove 5 star product and that is exactly what you will get. We get to know each and every one of our customers as we create an order one by one to show how we appreciate your business.



How do I care for my Quiroz® products?

To maintain the quality of your Quiroz® items:

  • For Hoodies, Sweatshirts, and T-shirts: Wash the pieces with cold water preferably machine wash or "hand wash" or "wool". Flip clothes inside out. No tumble or tumble dry. Air dry only.

  • For Bombers, Trenches, Jackets & Coats, Leather Products: Dry clean only.

  • For Jewelry: Clean with a cotton ball and make-up remover.


What is the return policy?

NO REFUNDS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES OR GIVE STORE CREDIT.

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

What if I receive a defective item?

Quiroz® ensures quality control, but if you receive a defective product, contact support@qui-roz.com customer support immediately. We will guide you through the return or exchange process. We will exchange your item immediately.

Can I customize my Quiroz® order?

Unfortunately, Quiroz® does not offer customization for individual orders. However, their limited-edition designs are meticulously crafted to stand out.

Are Quiroz® products restocked?

No, Quiroz® products are limited edition, and there are no restocks. Once they’re gone, they’re gone!


Are Quiroz® products unisex?

Yes! Many of Quiroz®’s designs are gender-neutral, allowing everyone to express their unique style.

Do they have physical stores?

Quiroz® primarily operates online , but we occasionally participate in pop-up events and collaborations. We also are retailed in a few stores located on our store list on our homepage. Follow our social media for updates on any physical store openings.
